Refunds — digital downloads
Digital products and self-paced programmes are delivered immediately, so the right to cancel ends once access is given. If something is faulty or was not as described, we will put it right.
Refunds — how to request one
Email hello@ceomum.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
