CEO MUM Podcast
Conversations about work, money, identity, relationships and what it really takes to build a life that fits the woman you’ve become.
Listen to CEO MUM
A note from the founder
Motherhood didn’t make me less ambitious. If anything, it made me more aware of what I wanted from my life—and much less willing to waste time and energy on the things that shouldn’t be so hard.
CEO MUM started there.
I wanted better ways to manage all the things I was already juggling—work, family, health, goals and everything in between—without making my life smaller to make it all fit.
So I’m building the things I wanted myself: useful tools, smarter systems and honest conversations designed around the reality of modern motherhood.
My background is in psychology and child psychotherapy, alongside an international career in modelling and previous work with UN Women UK. Different worlds, but all of them have shaped how I think about women, identity, ambition and the lives we build. Ultimately, CEO MUM brings all of that together — creating the tools, conversations and support I believe women need for what comes next.

“I love this. I am a young mother of two beautiful boys and sometimes it feels like I come short in everything because there is work and motherhood.”
